After my leaving do Friday night yesterday I stuck a whole pack of 8 sausages in the Air Fryer and ate 6 of them.. I also had 3 pints of Orange and lemonade… that was yesterday’s breakfast. Today far more conservative … 2 Hot X Buns (lurpak) and a digestive… huge mug (2 spoonful of coffee) of splosh.. Oh and still feeling hungover…

Still too early for brekkie but I will be indulging in peanut butter and banana on wholemeal toast and a small black espresso. I will then have a post-prandial snooze.

Peanut butter on two slices of wholemeal, followed by Kippers (splash of vinegar and white pepper).

The Kippers were delicious but the kitchen will now smell like a gorilla's jock-strap for about three days...
